Presentation by
Dr. Christian Scherpenzeel DVM Phd is a dairy veterinarian at Royal GD and head of the bovine veterinary team. He worked in dairy practice and academia at Utrecht University where he also obtained his PhD. His expertise focuses on udder health management, antimicrobial stewardship and milk quality, bridging science and on-farm practice through research, consultancy and dedicated industry collaboration.

Prof. dr. Ynte Schukken DVM Phd is Chief Executive Officer of GD Group and Professor of Farm Animal Health at Wageningen University & Research and Utrecht University. With over three decades’ experience, he has authored more than 200 scientific publications on mastitis and udder health and is currently the most cited animal health scientist in the Netherlands.
